    Why would Queimada Grande Island off the coast of Brazil be a poor choice of location to build a Club Med?

    		There are two reasons - it is too small at 43,000 square meters and it harbors a venomous snake named the Golden Lancehead.

    		Here is another good link for "snake island". You don't want to go there. The golden lancehead is the worlds most venomous snake. Five times more potent than it's close cousin the fer de lance which is responsible for the majority of snakebite deaths in South and Central America. The Brazilian navy has restricted all access to the island.
