To birdwatchers and others than crossword puzzle addicts, they're both known as flocks. In fact, groups of crows are less common than groups of rooks so if you do see a flock of crows they're probably rooks. Biggest group of ravens I've seen was six, seen from near the top of Cat Bells in the Lake District. (Tower of London ravens don't count as wild.) Source: Many years experience.
