This Czech composer, violinist and violist didn't write a full violin concerto, but he had a "Fantasie", and a famous violinist and teacher made this extremely rare recording. Do you know the names of the composer, the violinist and the work?

Joseph Suk, the younger. He's known better for playing string instruments than for writing for them. He was a grandson of Joseph Suk the elder and grandson of Antonin Dvorák.

Almost right my friend, but not quite correct. Now, there's that extremely rare recording of that work, by a famous teacher and no so famous violinist. Very few recordings of his exists, and his originals 78 RPM are all collectors items. Who was he? And who was the composer?
