Lysistrata, by Aristophanes.
"Innuendo, occasionally subtle and usually not, oozed through both the scenery and dialogue. From the middle of the play onward, the men of Athens and Sparta were stricken with an epidemic of priapism, while their wives and lovers remained willfully barricaded within the city walls."
