    		A character in Pippy Longstocking, the popular series of children's books created by Swedish author Astrid Lindgren?

    Mrs. Prysselius is also known as Prusseluskan in the 1997 movie Pipi Longstocking.

    Last link below shows a woman dressed up as Prusseluskan for a visit to a kindergarten school. There are also dolls on sale of this character.
