    Are there any vegetables that have seeds in them?

    		Technically, of course, there is only one answer to your question, and it is one word: "Yes." Here is a site that documents the fact that, among others, the vegetables known as greenbeans, peppers, squash, and cucumbers contain seeds. Some we eat, some we don't.

    Since carrots and other veggies don't have seeds, how do they grow from the ground using seeds? Secondly, how do they get the seeds to grown them?

    Of all the vegatables, only two can live to produce on their own for several growing seasons. All other vegetables must be replanted every year. What are the only two perennial vegetables?

    Does anyone know if an experiment ever took place over a number of years concerning the "eat five and stay alive" where those that ate fruit and vegetables every day had not one case of cancer, where on the other hand, some who never ate any fruit and vegetables did contract cancer? I think I remember reading something about this in Readers Digest years ago, can't find a thing about it though.
