    Is it true that Dr. Pepper will be giving out free soda to the public and how do you get one?

    		If Guns n' Roses album Chinese Democracy was released this year, Dr. Pepper apparently would be giving out a free soda to each American.

    Apparently, you can register on-line and receive a coupon for the free soda.
