According to the height of the statue itself and not the altitude of its location, the highest statue is the Spring Temple Buddha which is in Lushan, Henan, China. It is 128 m (420 ft), which includes a 20 m (66 ft) lotus throne.

Where is the world's tallest statue of Hindu god Lord Shiva located?

I'm looking for the name of a TV mini series movie/show. We had rented them from the video store. It's about a boy who is traveling to different worlds looking for pieces of a machine to get him back home (I think.) He is gathering something along his way. He travels to different worlds with a "professor" and maybe another person. Along the way he visits 5-8 different worlds (each was a different movie.) They were all entitled "Somebody and the Land of ???" One world had to do with giant eggs, one world a town of toys, and the end was a land something like a fantasy "Camelot." My children watched these movies anywhere from 1988 - 1993. I'm hoping someone can help me end my frazzled search.

In an 'I Love Lucy' episode, Lucy attempts to cover up the damage she has done to an historic statue by posing at the statue itself. What was the name of the statue?
