I wondered that myself when Josh Groban sang it on Great Performances featuring David Foster. http://wwd.wgbh.org/tv/program/great-performances/hitman-david-foster-and-friends I have found that Foster was producer on Bonnie Tyler's cover of the song, which was written by Paul Simon. http://www.kovideo.net/lyrics/b/Bonnie-Tyler/Bridge-Over-Troubled-Water.html Seems to me like a rather tenuous connection to include the song in this particular collection.
