    Yes, it is the phonogram with the greatest number of pronunciations. There are six:

    ough (though, through, rough, cough, thought, bough)

    though--long o as in go
    through--ew as in grew
    rough--uff as in cuff
    cough--off as in boffo
    thought--aw as in flaw
    bough--ow as in cow
