P.S. -- Boz (long "o"), an early pen name of Charles Dickens, and the name under which he published his first work, Sketches by Boz. The name came from "the nickname of a pet child, a younger brother, whom I had dubbed Moses, in honour of The Vicar of Wakefield, which, being pronounced Bozes, got shortened into Boz."

Yes, however, the Golden Lamb Inn is in Lebanon, Ohio. It is in the National Register of Historic Places as the Golden Lamb.
As mentioned, it has hosted many luminaries, including a dozen presidents as well as candidates and many writers.

Oh, yes--I just absent-mindedly typed in the wrong state--my link says "Ohio."
This link from the hotel itself lists rooms named for those famous people. Notice they say "Samuel Clemens" instead of "Mark Twain."
