The character 'Uncle Fester' in the cartoons, tv series, and movies of 'The Addams Family' has the first name of Fester. He does not have a definite surname, and is variously described as Morticia's maternal uncle and as Gomez's brother.

That is a bit odd but not unheard of, as in Happy Days both Richie and Ralph change family members in different series as if they think people will forget from year to year (they don't usually).
But I always assumed his last name had to be Addams as he is Gomez Addams brother, but if it says Frump then there must be a good reason. But Fester is his first name as mentioned, not his last, which threw us a curve ball to start off!
