Where and how are men supposed to apply cologne?

Question #102085. Asked by tjoebigham. (Jan 03 09 4:48 PM)

As a general rule, the best way to apply cologne is to keep it subtle. Everyone has different tastes, but just make sure not to go overboard on the spraying.

Apply one finger over the bottle opening, tip the bottle over and evenly apply cologne onto your favorite application points (could include behind your ears, the glandular points on your neck, or your inner wrists; whatever's most comfortable). Try not to exceed one or two "finger" applications.

Finally, make sure to spread your cologne application out to various parts of your body. This will allow the scent to emanate slowly and relatively evenly throughout the day. Again, the main application points are your wrists, neck, chest, back, and thighs.
