In Aerosmith's song "Sing for the Moment" the chorus is the same as Eminem's song "Sing for the Moment." Which song came first?

The Aerosmith song is "Dream On" and it was recorded in 1973. The 2002 Eminem song "Sing for the Moment" sampled "Dream On". Joe Perry of Aerosmith re-recorded his guitar line specifically for the Eminem song.

"Sing for the Moment" is a hip hop song by American rapper Eminem from the album The Eminem Show, released in 2002. It was released as a music single in 2003.

Eminem samples the song "Dream On" by rock group Aerosmith. Joe Perry of Aerosmith plays the guitar solo at the end of the song, and Steven Tyler sings the song's chorus.

"Sing for the Moment" was later released on Eminem's greatest hits album Curtain Call: The Hits.

According to the author I was incorrect.
