Belgium. "Mandarin Napoleon is a Belgian orange liqueur made from cognac flavoured with essential oils extracted from fresh Sicilian tangerines."
Definitely. By the way at the Battle of Waterloo half of the Belgians who "attended" fought on the side of Napoleon, the other half on the side of the Prince of Orange. That's what you get when you have a divided, bilingual country. Even when defeated, Napoleon remained a hero for most of the francophones here. The Duke of Wellington never became such a tourist attraction as his defeated opponent.
