According to this one site, it was hastily opened at random to Genesis 49:13.

If it was opened at random, I would suppose this would have been the first verse at the top of the left-hand page. Just my guess, now. It is not a verse particularly significant to the occasion. A far more auspicious one would have been vs. 26, a bit down the page.
King James Bible Gen. 49:13
Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea; and he shall be for an haven of ships; and his border shall be unto Zidon.
Gen. 49:25
The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.
The Bible was a Masonic Bible, King James Version, and this site does not specify a verse, but merely notes it was opened to chapters 49 and 50. (A longish article near the bottom of the page.)

That one got by Jikki Pain.
(I redid some phonetic spelling there. Looks better than Jicky Pane. Or maybe not.)
But then, we has more in common with Mrs. Malaprop than with old Spill Wooner.
