    Jammu and Kashmir is state of India. It has two capital cities - Jammu (in winter) and Srinagar (in summer). Are there any other regions, states or provinces in the world countries, which have two different capitals?

    South Africa has 3 capitals. Pretoria is the executive capital, Cape Town the legislative and Bloemfontein the administrative capital.

    The only other place I know which has both a summer and a winter capital is Bhutan: Punakha in summer, Thimphu in winter.

    If you count dependent territories:
    Montserrat also have two capitals. Plymouth is the official capital, but it was destroyed by a volcano. So de facto capital is Brades.
