Of the information that I've found on Phillips 66ers players, the latest one I've been able to find who played in the NBA is Bill Melchionni. He spent a season with the 66ers after graduating from Villanova, before joining the Philadelphia 76ers for two seasons. He then spent seven seasons with the New York Nets of the American Basketball Association.
The Phillips 66ers was an amateur team comprised of employees of Phillips Petroleum, now part of ConocoPhillips that played until 1968. Their best-known player was Bob Kurland, who won two Olympic gold medals (1948 and 1952) and who worked for Phillips for many years.
