    		I meant the "exact same day" so that would mean the same year - Charles Darwin is the correct answer.

    Amazing these two great innovations, one political with the end of slavery...and the other scientific with the development of the therory of Evolution.

    Both of these great men endured tremendous scorn in presenting what they believed to be the truth to the world.
