Why is dark chocolate considered so healthy, while milk chocolate is considered so unhealthy?

Tmost beneficial substance in chocolate is a type of antioxidant called polyphenols, which are found in the cacao bean, as well as in many fruits and vegetables, and in red wine and green tea.
This is the ingredient that is much higher in dark chocolaten (but not all - Dutch dark chocolate is lower in them)
"Milk chocolate is higher in saturated fats that raise blood cholesterol levels, but really good milk chocolates have some bioactives in them,"
So neither are actually healthy or unhealthy it's the ingredient and the amount you eat
