It should be remembered that this number of deaths relates to box jellyfish as a group (up to 19 species according to the Wikipedia page). Chironex fleckeri is one of those species and it's venom is commonly regarded as the deadliest. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Box_jellyfish Apr 02 09, 11:46 AM
