My guess would be Sanath Jayasuriya, unless retired.
The oldest Cricketer still playing Test Cricket would be Sanath Jayasuriya -

Born on 30th June 1969. Made his one day debut in Dec 26, 1989 against Australia at Melbourne.
Sachin Tendulakar, born on April 24, 1973 has made his test debut against Pakistan On Nov 15, 1989 and one day debut against Pakistan on Dec 18, 1989. He is still playing.
