296 lbs.
"The World's largest living Dog is Hercules, an English Mastiff who weighs 282 pounds and has a 38-inch neck. J. Flynn of Peabody, Massachusetts owns Hercules. This one dog weighs more than his owner does, and the owner is no lightweight at 270 pounds. Hercules was recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records in June, 2001 after a friend noticed a large Mastiff in the Guinness Book and thought it was Hercules. After calling the organization, Flynn discovered that the previous winner (a 296-pound mastiff) was deceased, making Hercules the new largest dog."

According to the Guniess Book of World Records, the worlds heaviest as well as longest dog ever recorded was an English Mastiff named Zorba. In 1989, Zorba weighed 343 lbs and was 8 feet 3 inches long from nose to tail! That same dog also holds the Guniess record for the Worlds's Largest Dog.
