    I've enjoyed frog legs two ways, both described on this page:

    My grandmother in Florida deep-fried small frog legs a low-rent tenant gigged in the swamp--crispy, delectable little things. Imagine how surprised I was to later order the French style in a restaurant and get comparatively enormous, breaded legs.
