    The F88 Steyr?

    It may be of interest to note that the general service rifle currently in use by the Australian Defence Force, the F88 Steyr, now manufactured under license in at Lithgow NSW, is also an Austrian-designed and developed weapon.

    It has also been adopted by the armed forces of Australia.
