What does someone have if they are suffering from circadian dysrhythmia?

Your circadian rhythm is your sleeping/waking pattern during the 24-hour day (e.g. awake between 8am and 11:30pm, asleep 11:30pm to 8am.) Dysrhythmia is when this rhythm is disrupted, or to put it another way, your sleep pattern is shot to bits!
