Where does one ocean become another, i.e. where is the border between the Pacific and the Atlantic?

There is no defined boundary for oceans, but for all practical purposes, the Pacific and Atlantic are separated at the tip of South America. The Pacific and Indian are separated by Australia. The Atlantic and Indian are separated by the southern tip of Africa. The Pacific and Arctic are separated by the Arctic Circle. The Atlantic and Arctic are also separated by the Arctic Circle.

Check out this link. The moving pictures somewhat shows the boundaries, but also shows how the oceans can be combined, so there are not EXACT boundaries.
