    		Orgeat? Also contains rose water or orange flower water. Can be used in alcoholic mixes as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orgeat_syrup

    Also possibly horchata, but that's got all sorts of stuff in it depending where it's from. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horchata

    		Thanks Baloo, this solves a little mystery to me. Here they call it "rosetta" and i never understood why - now i see it's clearly a deformation of "horchata" or "orzata".
