    		Samite's Ugandan btw, but your list of nominees ZBB makes me realize the question is confusing, so I'm sorry about that. The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences aren't helping much either lol.

    The album came out in 1999, but the awards weren't until 2000. Grammy apparently refers to its awards as 41st Grammy Awards, 42nd Grammy Awards etc., but if you go to their site and search winners, you have to put the calendar year before the year the awards ceremony took place. So for instance in your link of "1999 Grammy Nominees" the winners are listed on the Grammy.com site as the 1998 winner.
    The artist-in-question's website refers to "1999 album nominated for a Grammy" which is where I came up with the year, but in streamling the question I changed it to 1999 Grammy nomineee etc. Officially per grammy.com it is 1999 apparently, but it is a grey area.

    		The first video listed is a fan-made one featuring the song.
    The second one is the real video featuring the performers and contains the answer to the question. Nothing however, can compel me to reveal the answer, nothing. Nothing!
