    In Israel, Kennedy, Washington and Lincoln are all immortalized by names of streets and city parks. (The last two are street names in Jerusalem.)

    There's a statue of FDR with Churchill in Mayfair, London.

    Grosvenor Square in London is also the site of statues/memorials for Eisenhower and FDR (who is oddly depicted standing), as well as John Adam's house.

    From a philatelic standpoint, every U.S. President, including Obama, has been featured on a stamp of at least one foreign country. The majority of these stamps are aimed to appeal to the U.S. collector however. Lincoln, and especially Kennedy, have been featured on a number of stamps as pure memorials. Most Western Hemisphere countries put out Kennedy stamps after his death, joined by countries such as Germany (West) and Dubai.
