From a philatelic standpoint, every U.S. President, including Obama, has been featured on a stamp of at least one foreign country. The majority of these stamps are aimed to appeal to the U.S. collector however. Lincoln, and especially Kennedy, have been featured on a number of stamps as pure memorials.
