No, apparently not, since older age is a risk factor for tooth decay. "An increasing number of older adults still have their natural teeth. However, over time, teeth can wear down and the gums may recede, making teeth more vulnerable to tooth decay and cavities. Older adults also may use more medications that can reduce the saliva flow, increasing the risk of tooth decay."
