Well she is a British Olympian who has won gold in the two different sports but has only won an Olympic gold in one!

Welsh Olympian Paulo Radmilovic won gold medals in Water Polo in 1908, 1912, and 1920. He was a last minute replacement for an ill teammate on the 4x200 meter freestyle relay team that won gold in 1908.
