    Is there currently a war going on in Sudan and/or Sierra Leone?

    		In Sudan, a civil war is occuring between the Sudanese military and the Janjaweed against rebel groups composed of the Sudan Liberation Movement and the Justice and Equality Movement.

    It is said to be an ethnic war between the Arabs (Sudanese military and Janjaweed) against the Non-Arabs (SLM and Justice and Equality Movement). The government has denied allegations of supporting the Janjaweed.

    I don't believe there is a major war occuring in Sierra Leone. But there was a civil war that lasted from 1991-2002.
