On many TV commercials different medicines are advertised that are claimed to cause male organ enhancement. Are these products legitimate or are they just scams?

    Question #107001. Asked by star_gazer. (Jul 11 09 2:12 AM)

If, by male organ "enhancement" you mean erection, then, yes, there are certain drugs such as sildenafil and tadanafil which are used in erectile dysfunction.
If your question refers to increasing size, then, yes, it is a scam. Probably not advertiswed on TV anyway; certainly not in Oz.
