    Helen Magdalan Gordon-Lennox became Helen Percy, Duchess of Northumberland on her marriage to the Duke in 1918 (and lived just up the road from me). She became Mistress of the Robes to Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother from 1937 to 1964.
