    		There isn't one. The 'y' in crystal is a vowel. Because some Latin based grammarians decided to apply Latin rules to English (a no-hope idea), they said a e i o u were the five vowels. Wrong. Y represents the sound at the start of 'yell' - but otherwise it's a vowel and usually equivalent to 'i'. (Even in 'yell' you could write 'i' and people would say it right.) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y
