    A geographical mnemonic for what could be the word MANTLE where N stands for nothing?

    		To remember 5 countries across North Africa, from West to East. (Morocco, Algeria, (Nothing), Tunisia, Libya, Egypt). If you don't need them in order, METAL can be used.

    		Yay Moowho! The answer was indeed Morocco bound.
    I then use CoMMoN CaSE ED to remember the order of the next row (Cape Verde, Mauritania, Mali, Niger, Chad, Sudan, Eritrea, Egypt, Djibouti).

    I think to be worthwhile, geographical mnemonics have to be in order so, for the Great Lakes, give me "Sgt Majors Hate Eating Oranges" (Superior, Michegan, Huron, Erie, Ontario) over HOMES any day. Note that swapping the M and H also gives the lakes in decreasing size order.
