    Well, they are not "states", rather dependent territories.
    But my answer is Greenland plus Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

    The Ohio government seems to think they share a physical border with Canada:

    Ohio's international border with Canada stretches 158 miles through the middle of Lake Erie.
