Is there a car ferry service between the United States and Europe?

Whilst it is not what is generally considered a ferry service in the traditional sense, Wallenius Wilhelmsen run RO-RO (rollon-rolloff) services between the US and Europe. They appear to focus on bulk transport of new cars, but, according to this thread: http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hubb/trip-transport/ro-ro-ships-between-europe-39839
they do appear to make arrangements for single vehicles (a motorcycle in the case mentioned).
Lists abound. Can you put in the item that goes between the two given? Roy G Biv would know the answer to "In the spectrum: Between red and yellow" is orange.
These questions are based on Gary Paulsen's book called "The Car." This was a very interesting book and I think that any reader would like it. I liked it a lot and I hope that you did too. Do your best and good luck.
