It is a program in the US that allows car-owners to trade in old, fuel-inefficent vehicles for new, fuel-efficient models.

The owners get up to $4500(US) towards the cost of the new vehicle.

It was designed to get more fuel-efficent vehicles on the road whilst stimulating the economy.

Presumably memories are stored in the brain in some sort of chronological order so that we have a sense of when things occurred. Where in the brain are the oldest memories, how does the brain fill from there and does the process ever get muddled?

I am still trying to find the correct answer for 'Mountains of Decay'. I have asked the person for any clues and this is what she has supplied: Think back to when you were younger. It is along the lines of science (but not science fiction) - so ask a science teacher. It is very simple - nothing technical. All I can think of is teeth, brain, tonsils but am still at a loss. Can anyone else help here?
