No, no actor (or actress) has ever done this to-date.
In 81 years of the Oscars, only three actors have been nominated in both the Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor categories in the same year:
- Barry Fitzgerald in 1945 (both nominations were for the same role in the same film; a rule change prevented this from ever happening again)
- Al Pacino in 1993
- Jamie Foxx in 2005
In each of these cases, the actor won one Oscar only - Fitzgerald won Best Supporting Actor for "Going My Way", Pacino won Best Actor for "Scent of a Woman" and Foxx won Best Actor for "Ray".

Six actors have won both the Best Actor and the Best Supporting Actor awards: Jack Lemmon, Robert De Niro, Jack Nicholson, Gene Hackman, Kevin Spacey, and Denzel Washington. However, each pair of wins occurred in different years.

The closest any actor has come to winning 2 acting Oscars in the same year was Harold Russell in 1947, when he won the Best Supporting Actor award as well as an Honorary Oscar "for bringing hope and courage to his fellow veterans" for his portrayal of Homer Parrish in "The Best Years of Our Lives".
