The sign on the camp says "RCMP", for Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and I only recall it ever being referred to as the RCMP Camp. This clip shows an example.

I've been scanning through The Best of Dudley Do-Right Volume 1 DVD. In the episode "Foreclosing Mortgages" the sign on the camp does say RCMP and the sign on the Inspector's desk says R.C.M.P. No. 63. It is referred to as mountie headquarters, mountie camp, and the post.
Surely juneforay could let us know if they referred to it with a certain name. June Foray was the voice of Nell in the cartoon.

In the episode Mother Whiplash's Log Jam the sign over the camp gate says "R.C.M.P Post N. Alberta". That's all I could find.
