Berry College in Georgia.

Berry offers an unusually beautiful environment for learning on its 26,000-acre campus, one of the world's largest. Fields, forests, lakes and mountains provide scenic beauty in a protected natural setting.

Worth a nod: Dartmouth College, with a large land grant, owns more than 50,000 acres (200 km²), but only 269 of those are part of the campus.
In addition to its 269 acre campus in Hanover, Dartmouth owns 4,500 acres (18.2 km²) of Mount Moosilauke in the White Mountains Region and a 27,000 acre (109 km²) tract of land in northern New Hampshire known as the Second College Grant.
