    		I'll add Kaka (pronounced with the emphasis on the final vowel unlike the word) is short for Ricardo, it wasn't in reference to anything else about him!

    		Yep! I was doing a five answer theme starting with Kaka then Keke, Kiki, Koko and KUKU!
