Does anybody know the title of a "Sesame Street" picture book in which Oscar the Grouch got lost (I think), and at some point someone painted his trash can nice clean white with flowers on it? It was probably published in the '80s, no later than 1992/93.

Here's all the Oscar books I could find. No details of the story, but perhaps it will look familiar to you.
