Back in the 1990s, the show 60 Minutes aired a segment about a foreign born couple living in Texas with their two young children. During a public event, the man had been spotted patting his daughter. Subsequently, the courts ruled that the man had inappropriately touched his daughter and the children were permanently removed from the home. Is there any kind of an update on this story?
