    Of the Oak Ridge Boys, which one has the really long gray hair and beard?

    		From this article, it appears that the answer is William Lee Goldman. He was known for his beard before he left the group, and was replaced by Steve Sanders. Since he has subsequently rejoined the group, I suspect he is the bearded one.
