What is the fastest two-footed animal in the world?

The Falcon. They can reach speeds of 180 mph in a dive. Last time I counted, they had only two feet. A kangaroo can hop at 30 mph: http://www.pbs.org/kratts/world/aust/kangaroo/ So it seems top speed on land, the answer is the ostrich. If speed in the air counts, then the falcon is the answer.
