    		Carrie Fisher played Tom Hanks wife in the Burbs and was in the video for Ringo Starr's cover of You're Sixteen.

    		Great job Merlin.

    There's actually at least one other answer to this; plus someone mentioned Liv Tyler was in her father's video for the #1 "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" and also the Hanks movie "That Thing You Do", but she wasn't Tom Hanks' love interest in that. His love interest in that film was Howie Long. (The Extended Version at least) I'm not sure if Howie Long has been in any #1 music videos.
