Of the 7 countries that have formal territorial claims in Antarctica which was the first to withdraw from The League of Nations?

This is tricky, but I have to start somewhere.
Germany claimed Neuschwabenland (New Swabia) in the Antarctica in the 1930s. In the 1930s they also withdrew from The League of Nations.

Still, I suppose you are talking about countries with present claims: These are UK, NZ, France, Australia, Norway, Chile and Argentina. Out of these, Argentina withdrew from The League of Nations in 1921, but joined in again in 1933. Chile withdrew in 1938, Vichy France in 1941. So I guess the answer is: Argentina?
